When we recruit, we look for people with specific skills. They must have proven intellectual and technical ability, they must have initiative and enjoy taking responsibility; and, importantly, they must enjoy finding innovative solutions to client needs. We are in a people business and the emphasis throughout the firm is on commitment, enthusiam and communication.
We ensure that our people regularly attend courses to keep them abreast of all relevant technical developments. At the end of the day, we are our people and we regard them as an investment and not a cost.
