Covid-19

Our priority is to ensure the health and safety of both staff and clients as well as operating in a way in which we are still able to provide services to clients  on, as far as possible, a “business as usual” basis, .  In keeping with government advice, the firm adopts a strict social distancing policy and the office is staffed by skeleton staff so that post and any deliveries can be dealt with.

Partners and staff are, in the main, working from their homes.  We have good IT systems and partners and staff are able to access the firm’s IT resources remotely and can make, receive and transfer telephone calls in the same way as if they were in the office.

We can still hold meetings with clients, albeit via secure and encrypted video conferencing.  The video conferencing system is simple to use for clients and will operate in the Chrome or Firefox browsers on most PCs.  In addition, by downloading a simple application, the video conferencing software can operate on both Android phones and iPhones and iPads.  If you wish to arrange a meeting by video conferencing with a partner or member of staff please let us know and we will set up a conference and send you an email invitation to attend the conference which will normally simply require you to press a button within the email.
